Root Sale 2010 by Margaret Sequeira

The overwhelming success of last year's  root sale can only be attributed to the generous donations of our members and nursery contacts and to those members who purchased roots.  Every year your contributions help generate revenues that helps the CPS continue its mandate to promote the growing, improving and use of peonies in the garden and for home decoration.

We are asking our members to once again look over their collections and see what you can offer.  Roots donated should be at least 3 to 5 eyes.  Submit your list of names, quantity and a brief description by July 2nd.  Send all donation information or any inquiries to:
Canadian Peony Society “Root Sale”, c/o Margaret Sequeira, 174 Royal Salisbury Way, Brampton, ON L6V 3J9, or email: plntlady@sympatico.ca

If you want to donate but don’t have a root to dig consider purchasing a root from the favourite Nursery
of your choice and place it in the sale. Donors will ship roots directly to buyer and if they wish to
be compensated for shipping costs they should submit receipts to Margaret Sequeira at address above
no later than November 26, 2010. Please note that any receipts received after this date will not be reimbursed.

The final list will be published in the August newsletter and we look forward to seeing what the members have to offer for 2010.
